Projects are a vitally important way of working within AstraZeneca, and we have a common project management approach and framework to harness best practice.
As well as familiarizing yourself with that, there are many ‘live’ opportunities to support your development, from being a project team member to being coached or mentored by an experienced Project Manager.
When it’s your turn to lead a project, there continues to be a range of development opportunities to widen your learning, including interactive e-learning, other learning resources and training workshops
