E - learning
E-learning modules are internet-based packages to aid learning and development in a particular subject area. They are interactive and flexible modules that allow you to work at your own pace through the content and exercises.
E-learning is just one of the many development resources available to you when you join AstraZeneca. As work-life balance is a constant juggling act, e-learning is becoming an increasingly valuable tool for enabling users to learn a new subject, attain valuable new knowledge, top-up or refresh existing skills. Of course e-learning will not replace our face-to-face facilitated courses, but they are an added value part of our blended approach to learning and development.
We offer a wide range of e-learning modules including for example, management and leadership development, team building and influencing skills, as well as communication and problem-solving style courses.
