Kathryn graduated from Strathclyde University with a BEng in Chemical Engineering.

I spent my first year working on improvement projects in our pilot plants including a major refurbishment of one of our larger facilities. From here, I joined the process development team and, alongside a team of chemists, ensure our processes are cost effective and environmentally sound.
For me, teamwork is one of the most important aspects of my job and a real reason why I enjoy working here so much.
