In an independent survey conducted by the research-consulting firm Universum, AstraZeneca was ranked in the Top 10 of most desirable companies to work for. The survey polled 6000 students at 42 universities to name five organisations for which they would most like to work. The survey also revealed the students' top career goals for their first three years of employment: balance between personal life and career, global opportunities, and increasingly challenging projects.
