We are looking for people with a passion for customer service and fluency in two European languages.

So who are we looking for?  For all roles within EBS, we're looking for some experience of working within a customer service environment, with fluency in two or more European languages.  Exposure to a financial transactions environment would be an advantage.

The roles are professional and customer-focused, providing financial management support to AstraZenecas Sales and Marketing teams across Europe. Working in small region-focused teams, we ensure the efficient and reliable handling of transactions which stretch from Portugal to Lithuania, and which are worth around £7 billion every year.

In fact, the range of activities here is as diverse as the number of languages spoken on the team, and includes invoicing, order taking, compiling management reports and producing monthly P&L and balance sheets.

Many of our EBS employees are relatively recent graduates or EU citizens, resident in the UK, who are looking for a job that offers both flexibility and the chance to develop experience in a large international business.

No matter what role you undertake or which language you speak, there are a number of core 'capabilities' that are critical to your success within EBS.  During an interview process you will be told which capability you are being interviewed against and you will then be asked to describe a recent situation that demonstrates your past experience in this area.
