I was working in Italy as Assistant Accountant for TetraPak

What was your recruitment experience like?
I had a very positive experience, all of the people conducting the interview made a real effort to make me feel comfortable at a time when the pressure was on.
What does your job involve?
balance sheet accounts reconciliations, assets management, journal entries, invoicing, month end reporting etc.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I like learning while Im working and at the moment Im very happy. Everyday theres something new to do and to understand.
Whats the most challenging aspect of your role?
Delivering a first class customer service, building good working relationships both between EBS staff & customers and also training new colleagues.
What makes a great Accounting Administrator in your opinion?
Good customer care and accountancy skill plus SAP usage.

What general advice would you give someone about their career?
I think that everybody who is doing their best at work will be rewarded at some point. Also in my opinion it is important to invest in your personal development by attending courses and trainings.
