I was a manageress at a well known department store in Manchester

My husband works at AZ and he was always telling me how good it was!

What's the most challenging aspect of your role?
To do everything on time and to find a person who knows answers to my questions

Dealing with new markets
What skills do you need to be successful?
Tenacity, patience, flexibility and a concern for standards. A proactive, can do attitude and an ability to learn fast.
What do you enjoy most about working for AstraZeneca?
Working with professional, like-minded, well motivated people
What's the trait you most admire in other people?
Their ability to put work aside once they get out of the door
What general advice would you give someone about their career?
Make sure you choose a career that you will enjoy doing- you're then likely to be good at it.
