As a professional recruiter you will already be familiar with the peaks and troughs in workload. So we employ both permanent and contract recruiters to help manage demand and supply challenges.
Either way we look for recruiters who can expertly project manage an end-to-end solution for our clients. You'll need to be comfortable building strong consultative relationships across a diverse and challenging client base, anticipating and diagnosing needs, and delivering an efficient and effective recruitment process.
In addition, you will need to have a sound knowledge of leading-edge candidate sourcing techniques, combined with experience of selection tools: including competency based interviewing and assessment centres design. So ideally you'll be BPS Level A or B qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience in a leading corporate and/or professional agency environment.
But ultimately it's your personality that will make all the difference - an enthusiasm and passion for candidate sourcing and selection, and a 'can do' attitude, is what sets our recruiters apart.
Key accountabilities of the role may include:
- Developing staffing manpower forecasts in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Developing sourcing strategies to build pools of suitable candidates, for current roles and future needs.
- Advising hiring managers on candidate availability in the marketplace, sourcing options and costs.
- Working with hiring managers to develop a campaign strategy - including selection criteria, candidate sources, hiring team, timelines, employment law and process adherence.
- Using technology to support screening and selection.
- Using appropriately structured behavioural and technical selection tools.
- Designing and managing further selection methodologies to assess and evaluate candidates. e.g. assessment centres.
- Leading the offer negotiation process and working in partnership with the hiring manager in offering attractive reward packages.
- Reviewing metrics and feedback to drive our culture of improvement and innovation.
