Here are the key steps in the recruitment process:
1) Shortly after submitting your application we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your details safely and securely. We will review your application as quickly as possibly but if there is a specific closing date you are unlikely to hear from us until after this time. We promise to keep you updated, by e-mail, about the next stage within 21 working days after the application closing date.
2) Please be aware that we use email as our primary means of communicating through all stages of the recruitment process, including the offer stage. So it's really important to check your email account regularly.
3) If you are invited to interview or to an assessment centre, we'll contact you by email to check your availability.
4) Following the selection stage, our recruiters and hiring managers will meet as soon as possible to evaluate all candidates against our needs.
5) If you are successful, one of our professional recruiters will contact you to make you a verbal offer. This will be followed up by an offer letter (initially via email), in which we'll explain the next steps including our pre-employment screening process.
6) It's really important to complete and return all the necessary documentation as soon as possible, so that we can expedite the pre-employment processes. We call this the 'onboarding' stage.
7) Following your successful pre-employment screening, which includes a security check, we'll finalise your start date and induction details.
