With a maximum potential of 32 days for full-time employees - that's over 6 weeks holiday in addition to public holidays and 3 accrued company days.

Charity

GAYE (Give-As-You-Earn) is a tax efficient way for you to make charitable donations. You allocate pre-tax salary into your GAYE account, then making donations to charities as and when you want. We will match 50% of your donation and until April 2003 the government will donate an additional 10%. For example: by sacrificing £6 of your net pay per month your chosen charity could receive up to £16.
